To a solution of 500 mg (1.15 mmol) N-cyclopropyl-4-(6,8-dibromoimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-3-yl)benzamide which was prepared according to intermediate example 1b in 15 mL N,N-dimethylformamide were added 261 μL 3-aminopropan-1-ol and the mixture was stirred at 40° C. for 6 hours. Toluene was added and the solvents removed. The residue was purified by chromatography to give 453 mg (92%) of the title compound.
