Procedure

To compound 4 (34.3 mg, 0.14 mmol) in dry methanol (1.5 mL) was added morpholine (25 μL, 0.29 mmol) in a dropwise fashion, and the resulting mixture was stirred for 1 h at rt. The mixture was then filtered, washed with water and then methanol, and the remaining solid was dissolved in CH2Cl2 and concentrated in vacuo to furnish 5 as a pale brown solid (30.1 mg, 0.098 mmol, 73%).
