Benzyl 3-{3-[1-(4-amino-3-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)ethyl]-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-6-methylphenyl}azetidine-1-carboxylate (chiral intermediate from first peak of previous step) was hydrogenated in the presence of 5% palladium as described in Example 94, Step 2 to give the desired chiral product. LCMS calculated for C20H26ClN6O (M+H)+: m/z=401.2; Found: 401.1.
