Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to Example 2-17 by using 1-({5-chloro-1-[(3R)-(pyrrolidin-3-yl)]-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl}methyl)-3-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine and 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropanoic acid instead of 1-{[5-chloro-1-(pyrrolidin-3-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl]methyl}-3-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine and 2-hydroxyacetic acid.
