A solution of 1-{[5-chloro-1-(2-chloroethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl]methyl}-3-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine (110 mg, 0.26 mmol) and 3-pyrrolidinol (1 mL) in CH3CN (2 mL) was heated at 150° C. for 1 hour under microwave irradiation. The resulting mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was purified by column chromatography (MeOH:DCM=3:25) to afford the title product as a grey solid (8 mg, yield: 6%).
