Following General Procedure B2, 4-chloro-2-(3-chlorophenyl)-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidine (0.075 g, 0.28 mmol) was reacted with 4-(oxazol-2-ylmethyl)aniline (0.074 g, 0.42 mmol) to afford the title compound (0.043 g, 58%) as an off-white solid. MW=402.88. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 8.88 (s, 1H), 8.30-8.19 (m, 2H), 8.03 (d, J=0.8 Hz, 1H), 7.83-7.73 (m, 2H), 7.56-7.50 (m, 2H), 7.28 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 7.15 (d, J=0.8 Hz, 1H), 4.13 (s, 2H), 2.90 (q, J=7.6 Hz, 4H), 2.20-2.04 (m, 2H); APCI MS m/z 403 [M+H]+.
