Following general procedure B2, 4-chloro-2-(cyclopentyloxy)-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridine (0.070 g, 0.29 mmol) was reacted with ethyl 2-(4-aminophenyl)acetate (0.080 g, 0.44 mmol) to afford the title compound (0.088 g, 78%) as a yellow foam. MW=380.48. APCI MS m/z 381 [M+H]+.
