Reaction Steps
350.0 mg (0.81 mmol) (R)-2-amino-3-(1-benzyl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-N-[3-methyl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl-carbonyl)-phenyl]-propionamide are dissolved in 10.0 ml acetic acid and combined with 150.0 mg Pd(OH)2. The mixture is hydrogenated in a Parr apparatus at ambient temperature at 3 bar hydrogen pressure for eight hours. Then the catalyst is filtered off and the filtrate is evaporated down i. vac.
