The title compound 45 was prepared in a similar manner to the synthesis of compound 34 by substituting compound 34D with compound 45E: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 8.02 (d, J=7.67 Hz, 1H), 7.78 (d, J=7.98 Hz, 1H), 7.59-7.71 (m, 3H), 7.33-7.48 (m, 4H), 7.05 (d, J=7.59 Hz, 1H), 6.83 (d, J=7.67 Hz, 1H), 5.54 (s, 2H), 4.77-4.86 (m, 4H), 3.74 (t, J=5.68 Hz, 2H), 3.04 (t, J=5.83 Hz, 2H). MS (ESI(+)): m/z 647 (M−H).
