Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared in a similar manner to the synthesis of compound 51 by substituting compound 51A with 4-morpholinophenol in step 2 of Example 51: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 7.96 (d, J=7.67 Hz, 1H), 7.72 (d, J=7.98 Hz, 1H), 7.60 (d, J=7.06 Hz, 1H), 7.27-7.42 (m, 4H), 6.88 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 2H), 6.75-6.79 (m, 2H), 4.76 (s, 2H), 3.85 (t, J=6.29 Hz, 2H), 3.64-3.68 (m, 6H), 3.07-3.11 (m, 2H), 2.95-2.98 (m, 6H), 1.87-1.94 (m, 2H). ESI (+)/MS: 656 (M+H)+.
