The title compound 61 was prepared in a similar manner to the synthesis of compound 51 by substituting compound 51A with 1-(4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)piperazin-1-yl)ethanone in step 2 of Example 51: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 8.02 (d, J=7.36 Hz, 1H), 7.78 (d, J=8.29 Hz, 1H), 7.66 (d, J=7.06 Hz, 1H), 7.33-7.49 (m, 4H), 6.90-6.92 (m, 2H), 6.80-6.82 (m, 2H), 4.82 (s, 2H), 3.90 (t, J=6.29 Hz, 2H), 3.71 (t, J=6.29 Hz, 2H), 3.53-3.56 (m, 2H), 3.13-3.17 (m, 2H), 3.02 (t, J=5.37 Hz, 4H), 2.94-2.96 (m, 2H), 2.02 (s, 3H), 1.92-1.99 (m, 2H).
