To a mixture of compound 47D (200 mg, 0.283 mmol), compound 110C, (PPh3)2PdCl2 (49.7 mg, 0.071 mmol), TEA (0.394 ml, 2.83 mmol) in DMF (5 ml) was added copper (I) iodide (5.40 mg, 0.028 mmol). The resulting mixture was heated at 120° C. in oil bath for 5 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by RP HPLC, eluting with 10-95% acetonitrile in 0.1% TFA water over 70 min to provide compound 110D: LCMS (APCI) 875 (M+H).
