Compound 112C was prepared in a similar manner to the synthesis of compound 34D by substituting compound 34C and 4-(hydroxymethyl)phenylboronic acid with compound 112B and 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenol, respectively: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 9.80 (s, 1H), 8.56 (s, 2H), 8.12-8.15 (m, 1H), 6.83-6.86 (m, 2H), 4.23 (t, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 2.65 (t, J=5.65 Hz, 2H), 2.22 (s, 6H); ESI (+)/MS: 259 (M+H)+.
