2-Bromo-4-[2-[4-[2-(1-oxo-3H-isobenzofuran-5-yl)ethyl]piperazin-1-yl]ethyl]benzonitrile was prepared in a similar fashion to that described for the synthesis of Example 38 starting from 5-[2-(piperazin-1-yl)ethyl]-2-benzofuran-1(3H)-one hydrochloride and 2-bromo-4-(2-oxoethyl)benzonitrile. LC-MS (IE, m/z): 456.0 [M+1]+. (0.099 μM)
