As described for example 40, 6-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid (100 mg, 0.32 mmol) was converted, using 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-(1,2,4)triazolo(4,3-a)-pyrazine hydrochloride instead of (3-amino-piperidin-1-yl)-acetic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride, to the title compound (121 mg, 86%) which was obtained as a white foam.
