As described for example 162b, 6-[(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethyl)-amino]-nicotinic acid (200 mg, 0.65 mmol) was converted using cyclopropylamine instead of ethanolamine to the title compound (SiO2, heptane:ethyl acetate=70:30 to 0:100, 201 mg, 89%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=349.3 [M+H]+.
