Reaction Steps
To a solution of Example 179C (102 mg, 0.24 mmol) in dichloromethane (2 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (1 mL) and the mixture was stirred for 2 hours. Concentration and purification by HPLC (Zorbax XDB C-18 (32) using a gradient of 5-40% acetonitrile/water (containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid) afforded the title compound. LCMS: 325 (M+H)+.
