Yield 17.3%. 1H NMR (CD3OD) δ 8.26 (s, 1H), 7.14-7.40 (m, 9H), 4.48 (dd, 1H), 3.89 (m, 1H), 3.66 (m, 1H), 3.28 (m, 1H), 3.01 (m, 1H), 2.61 (m, 4H), 2.44 (t, 1H), 2.25 (s, 6H), 1.75 (m, 2H), 1.20 (m, 1H). HPLC PURITY: 92%, MS: m/z=491 [M+H]+
