The title compound was prepared in the same manner as described in example 11 from 1-(1-methylethyl)-6-(cyclopropyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-4-carboxylic acid (150 mg, 0.612 mmol) and 3-(aminomethyl)-6-methyl-4-phenyl-2(1H)-pyridinone (153 mg, 0.612 mmol). The product was collected as a white solid, 0.067 g (24%). LCMS E-S (M+H)=442.3. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.04-1.11 (m, 3 H), 1.47 (d, J=6.57 Hz, 5 H), 2.22 (s, 3 H), 2.24-2.29 (m, 1 H), 3.17 (d, J=5.31 Hz, 2 H), 4.07-4.15 (m, 1 H), 4.19 (d, J=4.29 Hz, 2 H), 5.06-5.18 (m, 1 H), 6.01 (s, 1 H), 7.36 (s, 1 H), 7.38-7.49 (m, 5 H), 8.18 (s, 1 H), 8.70 (s, 1 H), 11.88 (s, 1 H).
