The compound obtained from example 9 (76 mg) was dissolved in DCM (10 mL), and 15% HCl/methanol solution (10 mL) was added dropwise. The solvent was removed by rotary evaporation in vacuo to afford white solid (80 mg). Solubility of this compound in water was higher than 100 mg/mL.
