Reaction Steps

To (1R,3S,5R)-2-aza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid 3-benzyl ester 2-tert-butyl ester (3.27 g, 9.79 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (50 mL) was added was added TFA (7.54 mL, 98 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at RT and subsequently concentrated under reduced pressure to give the desired material as a yellow oil. MS (UPLC): 218.1 [M+H]+; tR (HPLC conditions f): 1.24 min.
