Reaction Steps
Compound 99b was prepared from 98b (0.148 g, 0.415 mmol) as described above for 29a to give 0.154 g (0.469 mmol, 113%) of the product as a white solid following flash chromatography (1:3 EtOAc:hexanes 0.5% AcOH) and recrystallization from Et2O/hexanes.
