Reaction Steps
A mixture of 5-methoxy-3-(1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1-[6-(3,3,4,4-tetrafluoropyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl]pyridazin-4(1H)-one (367 mg), cesium carbonate (1.23 g) and DMF (4 ml) was stirred at 100° C. for 4 hr. To the reaction mixture were added water and ethyl acetate, and the precipitated crystals were collected by filtration, and recrystallized from DMSO-ethanol to give the title compound (146 mg) as whitish yellow crystals.
