The title compound was prepared from 1-(5-bromopyrimidin-2-yl)pyrrolidin-2-one and (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-{(S)-1-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl]ethyl}-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 28. LC (method 4): tR=1.02 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=515 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (CD3OD) δ 0.81 (s, 3H), 1.17 (s, 3H), 1.47 (d, 3H), 2.09 (m, 3H), 2.13 (m, 2H), 2.41 (m, 2H), 2.57 (m, 2H), 2.96 (m, 1H), 4.08 (m, 2H), 5.52 (m, 1H), 7.02 (d, 2H), 7.23 (m, 5H), 7.38 (m, 2H), 8.78 (s, 2H).
