Reaction Steps
The title compound is synthesized according to general procedure GP3 starting from 5.5 g (28.9 mmol) 5-trimethylsilanylethynyl-pyridin-2-ylamine (A5) and 2.0 mg (14.4 mmol) K2CO3 in 30 mL MeOH. Yield: 2.89 mg (85%) after chromatography on silica gel.
