Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the method described in Example 22 from 2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid (0.319 g), 1-adamantanemethylamine (0.25 g), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (0.204 g) and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (0.321 g) in dichloromethane (30 ml). The crude product was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with dichloromethane to give the title compound as a white solid (0.43 g).
