Reaction Steps

Compound 51 (310 mg, 1.02 mmol) from the previous step was dissolved in MeOH (3 ml). Hydrazine monohydrate (0.1 ml, 2.04 mmol) was added to the solution and then stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. Solvent was removed under reduced pressure to afford a yellow gel as the desired product. LCMS 300.2 (M+1)
