The procedure of Example 29 was repeated, except that the reactants consisted of 2.6 g. of 2-(4-bromophenyl)tetrahydro-2H-1,3-thiazine and 1.7 g. of 3-chlorophenyl isothiocyanate. The product was isolated by filtration, washed with benzene, and recrystallized from chloroform/benzene,giving 3.7 g. (86%) of 2-(4-bromophenyl)-N-(3-chlorophenyl)tetrahydro-2H-1,3-thiazine-3-carbothioamide, m.p. 144°-6°. The following elemental microanalysis was obtained:
