4.26 g of N-[4-(β-<2-methoxy-5-chlorobenzamido>-ethyl)-benzenesulfonyl-methyl-urethane are heated for 1 1/2 hours in a reflux condenser in 100 ml dioxane with 2 g of 4-chlorocyclohexylamine-acetate. After addition of water and recrystallization of the precipitating product from methanol/dimethylformamide there is obtained in good yield the N-[4-<2-methoxy-5-chlorobenzamido>-ethyl)-benzenesulfonyl]-N'-(4-chlorocyclohexyl)-urea melting at 177° -178°C.
