Reaction Steps
Synthesis was performed by the reaction of 11.0 g of 6-(2-chloroethyl)-5,7-dichloropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine with 1.80 g of cyclopentylamine and 8.87 g of triethylamine in accordance with the synthetic process in Example 54 to obtain 10.42 g (yield: 90.4%) of the intended product. White crystals.
