Procedure
A solution of N-(1-methyl-4-piperidyl)methyl-1-n-propylindazole-3-carboxamide (2.00 g) obtained in Example 7 in α-chloroethyl chloroformate (8 ml) was stirred at 70° C. for 6 hours, then methanol (20 ml) was added, and the mixture was heated under reflux for 2 hours. The reaction solution was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (chloroform:methanol:aqueous ammonia=90:10:1) to give the title compound (0.40g) as a yellow oily substance. Yield=21%.
