The title compound was prepared by the method of Example 3 using 2.20 g of the free base of the title product of Example 19 instead of the title product of Example 2. Trituration with diethyl ether gave 900 mg of the title compound: m.p. 152-153° C. Anal. Calc'd. for C15H5N3O2S: C, 59.78; H, 5.02; N, 13.94; S, 10.64. Found: C, 59.01; H, 4.97; N, 13.65; S, 10.65.
