Procedure
3.2 l of distilled water was put in a reactor. After displacing the atmosphere with nitrogen, the temperature was increased to 50° C. An aqueous solution consisting of 4.32 g of a compound of formula ##STR8## ("Pelex CS" produced by Kao Co., Ltd.), 0.72 g of an acrylic acid-maleic acid copolymer (produced by Kao Co., Ltd.; viscosity: 520 poise), and 0.2 (of water was added thereto.
