Procedure
A mixture of 1-(2-thiamorpholinophenyl)thiourea (12.6 g), methyl iodide (7.1 g) and acetone (60 ml) was heated at 90°-95° C. for 21/2 hours. The solvent was removed by evaporation and the residue dried under vacuum (5 mm/Hg) to give 2-methyl-1-(2-thiamorpholinophenyl)-2-thiopseudourea hydroidide (m.p. 176°-177° C.).
