Procedure

Reaction of 5-chloro-2-morpholinoaniline (2.8 g) with n-butyl isothiocyanate (1.5 g) in ethanol (20 ml) at room temperature for 60 days yielded 1-(n-butyl)-3-(5-chloro-2-morpholinophenyl)thiourea (m.p. 150°-152° C.).
