To a solution of 3,4-dichlorophenylisocyanate in CH2Cl2 (3 ml) was added a solution of aminopyrrolidinone of Example S (350 mg, 1.41 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (3 ml) and the resulting solution was stirred for 18 h at room temperature. Concentration in vacuo gave a solid which was triturated with CH2Cl2 and filtered to give the title compound (420 mg, 68%) as a solid. MS M+1 calcd for C20H19N3O4Cl2 437, found 437 DSC=249.1°-251.7° C. at 112.7 J/g.
