The reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 2-2) except for using 9.28 g (23.0 mmol) of 2-(2-t-butoxycarbonylaminopyridin-4-yl)-1-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-3-dimethylamino-2-propen-1-one obtained in Example 24-2) in place of 2-(2-t-butoxycarbonylaminopyridin-4-yl)-3-dimethylamino-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-propen-1-one to obtain 7.41 g of the title compound as a white powder. (Yield: 87%)
