The reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 2-2) except for using 8.71 g (20.0 mmol) of 2-(2-t-butoxycarbonylaminopyridin-4-yl)-3-dimethylamino-1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2-propen-1-one obtained in Example 25-1) in place of 2-(2-t-butoxycarbonylaminopyridin-4-yl)-3-dimethylamino-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-propen-1-one to obtain 7.76 g of the title compound as a white powder. (Yield: 96%)
