Reaction Steps

The reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 9 except for using 50.0 mg (0.14 mmol) of 4-(2-aminopyridin-4-yl)-3-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-(1,6-dihydro-6-oxopyridazin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazole obtained in Example 26-5) in place of 4-(2-aminopyridin-4-yl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-([1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazin-6-yl)-1H-pyrazole, and using 31.5 mg (0.30 mmol) of cyclopropylcarbonyl chloride in place of acetic anhydride to obtain 18.5 mg of the title compound as a white powder.
