NaH (95%) (252 mg, 10 mmol) was added in small portions to absolution of 4-fluorophenol (2.21 g, 19.8 mmol) in dry THF (50 mL). After the vigorous reaction had subsided, this solution was added to a solution of the product of example 1 (g) (2 g, 4.95 mmol) dissolved in dry THF (200 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at rt under argon for 1 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated, and the residue partitioned between EtOAc and H2O. The organic phase was washed with 1N NaOH, brine, dried (Na2SO4), and concentrated. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, 0–4% MeOH/CH2Cl2) to give the title compound as a light yellow solid. ES (+) MS m/e=409 (MH+)
