The title compound was prepared in 61% yield by the procedure as previously described in Example 166 (step H) using methyl 4-chloro-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazine-3-carboxylate (109 mg, 0.54 mmol, prepared as previously described in Example 1 (steps A-G) and 2-fluoroaniline (0.053 mL, 0.54 mmol).
