Reaction Steps
Silylacetylene 29-1 (9.40 g, 38 mmol) was dissolved in 100 mL EtOH, K2CO3 (0.25 g 1.8 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred for 16 h, concentrated, and purified by flash chromatography (silica, 5% Et2 O/hexane) provided 29-2 as a yellow oil.
