Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared by the procedure of Example 262 using 3.93 gof L-leucine, 2.7 ml of diphosgene, 0.075 g of activated carbon, and 40 ml of dry tetrahydrofuran to give 2.74 g of the desired product.
