Reaction Steps

Reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 4 using (2R,3R)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-[(1,3-dihydroxy-2-propyl)thio]-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-butanol and (2E,4E,6E)-7-[4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2,4,6-heptatrienal as described in Reference example 28 to obtain the title compound, a major product as an oil in a yield of 65%.
