Reaction Steps
Using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 20, the TFA salt of Example 2 was reacted with 2-hydroxydecanoic acid in place of N-acetylglycine, to give the title compound. Yield=252 mg, 65%. MS: ESP+ (M+H)=514.
