The title compound is prepared by the method of Example 14 using an equivalent amount of D-alanine ethyl ester trifluoroacetate [the title product of Example 33] as a reactant instead of benzylamine, and using 3-decyloxypropanoyl chloride [the title product of Example 98] as a reactant instead of 12-methoxy-1-dodecanoyl chloride [the title product of Example 11].
