Following the procedure for the preparation of 5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3,6-diethyl-N-[(1S,2S)-2-methoxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]pyrazin-2-amine but substituting methyl 3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-6-{[(1R,2S)-2-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]amino}-5-methoxypyrazine-2-carboxylate and making non-critical variations provided the title compound as a solid: 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.13-0.20, 3.15, 3.55-3.58, 3.66-3.70, 3.76, 4.02, 4.41, 5.75-5.79, 6.16, 7.25-7.34, 7.48, 7.59-7.61; MS (ESI+) for C24H23Cl2N3O4 m/z 488 (M+H)+.
