Reaction Steps
Starting from 2.88 g (0.010 mol) of 5-acetylamino-2-di-n-propylamino-tetraline (Example 4.3.4) and 1.43 g (0.012 mol) of propargylbromide the title compound is obtained analogously to Example 4.7.1 in the form of a non-crystallising, extremely viscous oil in a yield of 2.33 g (71.4% of theory) and with an Rf value of 0.66 (solvent mixture as specified in 4.7.1).
