1-(4,5-Dihydroisoxazol-3-yl)-1-methylpyrrolidinium iodide III-60 was synthesized according to the following procedure: 3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazole III-59 was dissolved in methanol (0.044 M) followed by the addition of methyl iodide (0.022 M). The reaction was allowed to sit for 72 h after which it was concentrated and purified using high pressure liquid chromatography (0.1% formic acid). The desired fractions were lyophilized to provide the desired product plus some impurities which were removed by washing the solid with hexanes. Activity: C
