The title compound is prepared from 12,12-dimethyl-3-{(S)-1-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-phenyl]-ethyl}-1,10,14-trioxa-3-aza-dispiro[5.2.5.2]hexadecan-2-one and 4-bromo-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 7. Yield: 71% of theory; LC (method 3): tR=3.40 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=481 [M+H]+.
